Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

SPEKS accepts returns on most products purchased directly from us within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for return, items must remain in re-sellable condition, meaning they cannot be damaged, chewed on, or missing any pieces. Returns requested between 31 and 60 days after purchase may still qualify for store credit; please contact us to inquire.

Starting a Return

Have your order number ready.
Go to the returns portal linked on the SPEKS website.
Request your prepaid return shipping label.

The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges paid at purchase are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, SPEKS will cover your return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

After we receive the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Marketing your bank’s processing times may cause a slight delay before the refund appears in your account.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.

Exceptions and Restrictions

Orders over $300 are subject to a higher return fee.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Products purchased from any retailer other than SPEKS must be returned through the original place of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, notify SPEKS promptly via our website's contact page. Early reporting allows us to resolve the issue efficiently.
